Wethod is a collaborative software, with integrated CRM and project management tools, that provides insightful data for project driven organizations.​

As the lead digital product designer, I am in charge of the improvement of existing features and the design of new ones according to the user needs and the product strategy.

I am also in charge of branding, comms and digital lead generation.

Main achievements:

• Designed and developed a brand new commercial website with Webflow which showed a 250% completion in demo sign up forms by leads in 6 months.
• Redesigned the whole brand across all platforms and channels.
• Designed the whole lead conversion funnel.
• Designed new sections and product's functionalities based on customer needs and feedback I personally collected from user interviews, product demos and customer support sessions, which led to a strong customer satisfaction, the conversion of 3 previously bounced leads and 4 ambassadors among our customers. 
• Created a foundation of the design system and cut by 30% the working time spent by engineers in developing new product sections and by 75% the time spent in designing new features and product sections.
• Redesigned the whole platform UI following the new product brand
• Optimized the user's onboarding with product tours that explained concisely the main features of the platform
• Coached an intern with a structured onboarding scheme, which showed an improved collection of feedbacks from leads, prospects, customer onboarding and support.

 

To deliver the most of those activities I used methods as user interviews, user research, personas, customer journeys, wireframes, UI, prototyping, and developers handoff.
